Overview:We are seeking a skilled and reliable Landscape/Hardscape Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in landscape and hardscape installation, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions to install patios, retaining walls, plantings, walkways, and other landscape features that meet our company&rsquo;s quality standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in the installation of patios, retaining walls, walkways, steps, fire pits, and other hardscape features</li><li>Perform grading, site preparation, and base compaction for hardscape projects</li><li>Install plants, sod, mulch, edging, and other landscape materials</li><li>Operate power tools, skid steers, compactors, and other landscape equipment safely</li><li>Follow design plans, project layouts, and specifications</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized job site</li><li>Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to and from job sites</li><li>Work collaboratively with the crew leader and team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately</li><li>Ensure all work is completed to company standards and within project timelines</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in landscape or hardscape installation preferred</li><li>Knowledge of proper installation methods for pavers, retaining walls, and outdoor living features</li><li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions</li><li>Familiarity with landscape construction tools and equipment</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship</li><li>Reliable transportation and valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn</li></ul>If you take pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoy working outdoors as part of a professional team, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.
