SGK is seeking a highly driven Senior Designer to join the brand experience team. As Senior Designer, you will lead and contribute to design exploration and production for a range of deliverables including campaign design, environmental design, brand design, guidelines and playbooks, social content, and more. Candidate needs a strong ability to build design concepts from scratch, a strong understanding of brand/design systems, the ability to clearly communicate design approach and creative problem solving.</p><br>

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Lead design projects from concept through successful completion</li>
<li>Work under the guidance of the Creative Director and other creative leadership</li>
<li>Ensure alignment of the work with creative brief and timelines</li>
<li>Collaborate with fellow designers, copywriters, animators, etc.</li>
<li>Mentor junior designers</li>
<li>Ideate visual centers (visual identities)</li>
<li>Present work internally and to clients</li>
<li>Provide rationales for design choices and approaches</li>
<li>Work on production and documentation of design systems</li>
<li>Iterate design work based on direction and feedback from the Creative Director</li>
<li>Prioritize work for timely delivery of projects</li>
<li>Stay current on industry trends</li>
<li>Understand and leverage cultural moments</li>
<li>Occasional travel</li>
<li>Contribute to office culture</li>
<li>Do amazing work!</li>

</div><div><ul><li>BFA in Graphic Design or related field</li>
<li>5-10 years of experience (agency or in-house)</li>
<li>Strong online portfolio that demonstrates graphic design, typography, storytelling, attention to detail, and personality.</li>
<li>Ability to work autonomously and within a team</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Strategic mindset</li>
<li>Self-motivated</li>
<li>Ability to meet deadlines</li>
<li>Expertise in Mac, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma</li>
