This position is open to both experienced attorneys and recent law school graduates with a strong interest in criminal defense.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Represent clients in traffic and criminal matters in General District and Circuit Courts</li><li>Conduct client consultations and case evaluations</li><li>Prepare and file legal documents, motions, and correspondence</li><li>Negotiate with prosecutors and engage in plea discussions when appropriate</li><li>Maintain organized case files and manage a high-volume caseload efficiently</li><li>Provide professional, responsive, and compassionate client service</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school</li><li>Active Virginia Bar license (or pending bar results)</li><li>Excellent written and oral advocacy skills</li><li>Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Salary range: $75,000&ndash;$110,000, depending on experience</li><li>Performance-based bonuses</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and advancement</li></ul>If you are committed to providing high-quality legal representation and want to develop your career in criminal defense, we invite you to apply.Job Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
