The Legal Assistant will help attorneys with a wide range of tasks from administrative office help to assisting with critical projects. We will provide training for highly motivated individuals who show a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in preparation, drafting, and reviewing of legal documents, correspondence, and contracts</li><li>Handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally</li><li>Communicate professionally with clients and opposing counsel</li><li>Provide administrative support to attorneys, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining case files</li><li>Conduct legal research and compile case-related information</li><li>Organize and maintain accurate records of client interactions, case progress, and court filings</li><li>Assist with preparation of client meetings and depositions</li></ul>Your Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience</li><li>Paralegal certification is a plus but not required</li><li>2 to 4 years of office, legal, or professional work</li><li>Natural and comfortable with exceptional customer service skills</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Strong communication skills (written and verbal)</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively within a team</li><li>Highly motivated, proactive, and dependable with a strong work ethic</li></ul>Your Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Salary Range: $45,000-$58,000, commensurate with experience</li><li>Company sponsored health and dental plans</li><li>Company paid holidays &amp; sick days</li><li>Professional development opportunities and allowances</li><li>Collaborative and supportive work culture</li><li>Opportunity to make a significant impact on the firm's growth and success</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Legal administrative: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Plymouth, MI 48170 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
