About the RoleWe&rsquo;re looking for a highly skilled Senior Videographer &amp; Editor to join our creative team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes storytelling, has an eye for aesthetics, and knows how to turn a vision into a visual masterpiece. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for ideating, filming, and editing high-quality content across platforms &mdash; from brand campaigns and interviews to product videos and reels.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, shoot, and edit videos including promotional films, interviews, event coverage, product showcases, and social media content.</li><li>Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize content based on briefs.</li><li>Operate and maintain video production equipment (cameras, lighting, gimbals, drones, etc.).</li><li>Lead shoots on-location and in-studio, managing setup, lighting, and direction.</li><li>Edit raw footage into polished videos using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar tools.</li><li>Add motion graphics, sound design, music, and color grading for professional output.</li><li>Guide junior team members or freelancers, ensuring quality and consistency.</li><li>Stay updated with video trends and platform best practices (Instagram Reels, YouTube, etc.).</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 4&ndash;5 years of experience in videography and video editing.</li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video work (brand, lifestyle, commercial, social, etc.).</li><li>Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.).</li><li>Experience with DSLR, mirrorless, and cinema cameras.</li><li>A good understanding of lighting techniques and sound design.</li><li>Strong storytelling and creative thinking abilities.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li><li>Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Good to Have)<ul><li>Experience working with marketing/advertising agencies or content studios.</li><li>Motion graphics or animation skills.</li><li>Drone shooting experience with necessary licenses.</li><li>Familiarity with photography basics.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
