We also have rapidly growing wholesale &amp; catering departments that supplies food to various companies around the Puget Sound.We are looking for a part time person to join our prep team on our heaviest production days to help in creating delicious food for our customers, as well as helping to keep our production space clean and efficient. This is a great position for someone who thrives in an environment where no two days are the same and takes pride in making sure the space they work in is organized, clean, and up to it's best potential!The Job:<ul><li>16-20 hours per week - No late nights!</li><li>Thursdays &amp; Fridays - morning shifts - with additional days likely as an option as we get busier</li><li>$18-22 DOE + tips</li><li>Free weekly meals through employee discount</li><li>Paid Sick Leave</li><li>401K with employer matching</li><li>One block from the light rail station</li></ul>Responsibilities &amp; Job Duties:<ul><li>Prepping large quantities of fresh produce &amp; meats for final production</li><li>Accurately read &amp; execute recipes from start to finish</li><li>Communicate effectively with your teammates &amp; leadership team, as well as being comfortable being self-motivated</li><li>Uphold all safety, sanitation &amp; kitchen protocols through daily &amp; weekly cleaning tasks, as well as deep cleaning to help maintain equipment</li></ul>Skills &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Have a positive, passionate, can-do attitude</li><li>1-year minimum experience in a high volume kitchen</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish appreciated</li><li>Current WA State Food Handlers Card</li><li>ServSafe accreditation appreciated</li><li>Ability to lift 50+ pounds &amp; stand for long periods of time</li><li>Great communication skills</li><li>Open to learning new production methods</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
