This isn&rsquo;t just a driving job&mdash;it&rsquo;s a frontline role in someone&rsquo;s journey toward healing.Available Overnight Shift: Friday - Sunday 8 pm - 6 amPay: From $18.00 per hourWhat You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Navigate the Dallas/Fort Worth area at night with precision and care</li><li>Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures.</li><li>Maintain accurate trip logs and timestamps</li><li>Keep your vehicle clean, safe, and ready for every ride</li><li>Engage in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and deepen your impact</li><li>Be a steady, respectful presence for patients in vulnerable moments</li><li>Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>Great customer service skills</li><li>Strong work ethic and positive attitude</li><li>Desire to help people</li><li>Smart phone and ability to utilize applications</li><li>Reliable transportation to and from work</li><li>Experience in patient care, healthcare, or behavioral support is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with hospital environments or similar settings is helpful</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential</li><li>A mindset of accountability</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Must be at least 25 years old to be eligible for insurance coverage.</li><li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License: Must possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Clean Driving Record: 36 month clean driving record (no more than one recorded incident) and no DUIs in the last 5 years.</li><li>Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients of all backgrounds.</li><li>Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to manage time effectively.</li><li>Physical Fitness: Ability to assist clients in and out of the vehicle, and handle any necessary lifting or carrying. Must be able to lift 150lbs and be able to move at least 250 lbs or more in wheelchair or gurney.</li><li>Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li><li>Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.</li><li>CPR/First Aid certified</li><li>Provide Fingerprint Clearance Cards</li></ul>Why Maverick:We&rsquo;re guided by our CAPLICO values.
