Job Title: Jr. Software Engineer (Mid-Level)Job Type: Full-timeLocation: Dubai, UAESalary: AED 2,500 - AED 3,500 per month (With revision after probationary)Job DescriptionMavsketch is seeking a Mid-Level Jr. Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate has strong experience in both front-end and back-end development and is comfortable working in an Agile environment.Key Responsibilities1. Web &amp; Mobile-based Development:<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain web &amp; Mobile applications with a focus on performance and scalability.</li><li>Build responsive, high-quality UIs using modern frameworks like React JS, Rect Native, Next JS and similar technologies.</li><li>Develop back-end solutions using Node JS or similar technologies.</li></ul>2. Server Management &amp; Cloud:<ul><li>Work with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda) for cloud-based application deployment.</li></ul>3. Database Management:<ul><li>Design, optimize, and maintain MySQL/PostgreSQL databases.</li><li>Ensure database integrity, performance, and security.</li></ul>4. API Development:<ul><li>Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.</li><li>Ensure secure API implementation and proper documentation.</li></ul>5. Performance &amp; Security:<ul><li>Optimize web applications for speed and efficiency (caching, lazy loading, code minification).</li><li>Implement security best practices (OWASP, HTTPS, authentication protocols).</li></ul>6. Team Collaboration:<ul><li>Work closely with designers, testers, and product managers in an Agile team.</li><li>Participate in code reviews and share best practices.</li></ul>7. Project Involvement:<ul><li>Assist in planning, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.</li><li>Use project management tools to collaborate effectively.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements1. Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.</li><li>3-6 years of experience in web development (front-end and back-end).</li></ul>2. Technical Skills:<ul><li>Experience building web &amp; mobile-based applications</li><li>Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.</li><li>Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries like React JS, React Native, Next JS, jQuery.</li><li>Experience with back-end frameworks like Node JS, or similar.</li><li>Knowledge of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL).</li><li>Familiar with Linux server management and AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda).</li><li>Proficiency with version control tools like Git.</li></ul>3. Development Practices:<ul><li>Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments.</li><li>Familiarity with web security best practices and performance optimization.</li></ul>4.
