Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and reliable Part-Time Receptionist to cover our front desk Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 12:30 pm. This role offers the opportunity for more hours when the other receptionist is on vacation or sick leave.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner</li><li>Answer, screen and direct phone calls</li><li>Schedule conference room reservations</li><li>Manage incoming and outgoing mail</li><li>Assist with administrative tasks as needed</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Reliable and punctual</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently</li><li>Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 12:30 pm</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourSchedule:<ul><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Huntersville, NC 28078 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
