IT Operations Director | Maxell Bajio LLCLocation: Sur Corniche Road, Commercial District, Sur, OmanAbout the Role Maxell Bajio LLC is seeking a high-caliber IT Operations Director to spearhead our technology department at our Sur headquarters. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for the design, management, and security of our entire technical infrastructure. You will ensure that our IT operations are seamless, scalable, and aligned with our long-term commercial objectives.Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Infrastructure Oversight: Manage all IT systems, servers, and network operations to ensure 100% business continuity.</li><li>Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the annual IT roadmap and manage the departmental budget (CAPEX/OPEX).</li><li>Cybersecurity: Lead the implementation of advanced security protocols and disaster recovery plans.</li><li>Team Leadership: Direct and mentor the technical support and engineering teams to maintain high performance.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure all digital operations meet local regulations and international standards.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>10+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.</li><li>Deep expertise in enterprise-level infrastructure and cloud integrations.</li><li>Proven ability to lead large-scale digital transformation projects.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.</li></ul>Pay: RO4,100.000 per monthWork Location: In person
