MARKETING AND ADVERTISING SPECIALISTKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.) to increase engagement and followers.</li></ul><ul><li>Plan and create engaging, on-brand content including posts, videos, reels, stories, and blog updates. Frequency: 4-5 times daily on all social media platforms</li></ul><ul><li>Manage daily social media activity: scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages/reviews, monitoring analytics, and engaging with audiences.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with internal teams to highlight company initiatives, events, and community stories.</li></ul><ul><li>Build and nurture relationships with local organizations, influencers, and media partners.</li></ul><ul><li>Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to measure growth and engagement effectiveness.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate community events, campaigns, and outreach efforts that strengthen the brand&rsquo;s visibility and impact.</li></ul><ul><li>Stay current on trends, tools, and best practices in social media and community engagement.</li></ul><ul><li>Market Analysis</li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on advertising - Mobile sales, Flier handouts, local event presence, onsite multi-location greeting and promoting</li></ul>&#11835;Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li></ul><ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of professional experience managing social media and/or community engagement for a brand, nonprofit, or company.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong writing, storytelling, and visual content creation skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, Canva).</li></ul><ul><li>Experience analyzing insights and adjusting strategy based on data.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable representing the organization publicly.</li></ul><ul><li>Creative, proactive, and passionate about connecting with diverse audiences.</li></ul>&#11835;Preferred Skills<ul><li>Graphic design, photography, or video editing experience.</li></ul><ul><li>Event planning or public relations background.</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with paid advertising campaigns and SEO.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 &ndash; 40 per weekWork Location: In person
