The position is well suited for someone with a background in personal training, athletics, or health and wellness who is interested in expanding their professional experience while working closely with senior executives.You will assist leadership in staying organized, maintaining daily operations, and supporting structured routines that allow executives to perform at their best &mdash; both professionally and personally.This role offers direct exposure to business operations, leadership environments, and day-to-day executive decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive &amp; Business Support<ul><li>Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel coordination</li><li>Prepare documents, presentations, and communications</li><li>Track priorities and follow up on action items</li><li>Assist with project coordination and operational tasks</li><li>Help maintain organization across multiple executive initiatives</li></ul>Executive Lifestyle &amp; Fitness Support<ul><li>Support consistency with workout schedules and wellness routines</li><li>Provide basic fitness accountability or training assistance</li><li>Coordinate fitness, recovery, and health-related scheduling</li><li>Help maintain structured daily routines that support performance</li></ul>(Fitness or training background strongly preferred.)Personal &amp; Household Assistance<ul><li>Coordinate appointments and personal schedules</li><li>Handle errands, pickups, and local support tasks</li><li>Assist with family logistics and organization</li><li>Support event preparation and executive readiness</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar support role preferred</li><li>Background in fitness, personal training, athletics, or wellness preferred</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Professional communication skills</li><li>High level of discretion and reliability</li><li>Comfortable supporting both professional and personal responsibilities</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Outlook</li><li>Reliable transportation and willingness for local travel</li></ul>Ideal Candidate<ul><li>Organized and proactive</li><li>Energetic and health-focused</li><li>Professional and dependable</li><li>Comfortable working closely with leadership</li><li>Interested in long-term professional growth</li><li>Prior fitness /personal training or related background</li><li>Tech savvy</li><li>Strong Microsoft 365 experience</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 &ndash; 40 per weekEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>ChatGPT: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Administrative: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Personal assistant: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Social media marketing: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Core fitness training: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Brand ambassador/promotions: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Corona, CA 92883 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
