As the most important Maximum Handyman Team member, you would be working full time as a remote / on the road craftsman and repairman for the largest and most experienced and respected company in the business. 
 
Maximum Handyman, LLC is a bonded, licensed, and insured small business headquartered in Maryland that has been offering full handyman, remodeling, maintenance, and repair services, exclusively to the commercial sector since 2008. We specialize in providing high-quality services to offices, retail establishments, restaurants, and other commercial facilities. 
 
Our &ldquo;In-House Technicians&rdquo; are sought after, knowledgeable, experienced, career professionals who live and work throughout our mid-Atlantic coverage area that includes PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, and WV.

Ideal skills include knowledge of repair for (but not limited to): 
 
<ul><li>Asphalt and concrete repair/patching and brick/cinder block work.</li>
<li>Ballasts and light electrical work</li>
<li>Laminate fabrication/repair for cabinetry and counters.</li>
<li>Caulk, spackle, painting, grouting, and other finishing work.</li>
<li>Ceramic, VCT, ceiling, and other tile work</li>
<li>Commercial doors and hardware, including closers, panic bars, etc.</li>
<li>Framing, drywall, FRP</li>
<li>Fences, installing new drop ceiling grid, cove base molding.</li>
<li>Flushometers and other light plumbing</li>
<li>Moving/hauling, pest control, demolition, glasswork</li>
<li>Welding (a plus)</li>
</ul>Requirements: 
 
<ul><li>High school or equivalent</li>
<li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License</li>
<li>Safe driver with a clean record that can operate a large service van.</li>
<li>Clean criminal record</li>
<li>No substance abuse.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently/ unsupervised.</li>
<li>Professional appearance</li>
<li>Excellent professional communication skills</li>
<li>Proven troubleshooting/technical skills</li>
<li>Experienced in multiple areas of repair.</li>
<li>Tech-savvy (job &ldquo;paperwork&rdquo; is managed on a smartphone)</li>
<li>Experience (3 years minimum)</li>
<li>Fluent English speaking</li>
<li>United States work authorization.</li>
<li>Safety minded. (Safety toe shoes are mandatory, and PPE as required per task)</li>

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour to start
