We&rsquo;re seeking an experienced HR Generalist/Recruiter to help us continue building a strong, high-performing team that supports our mission of justice and client care.Position OverviewThe HR Generalist/Recruiter will handle all aspects of the employee lifecycle &mdash; including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in personal injury law or legal recruiting who can operate independently in a fast-paced environment.This is not an entry-level role.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruiting for attorneys, case managers, legal assistants, and support staff</li><li>Write and post job listings on recruiting platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)</li><li>Screen candidates, schedule and conduct interviews, and coordinate with department heads</li><li>Oversee onboarding and orientation processes for new hires</li><li>Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws</li><li>Support payroll coordination and employee documentation</li><li>Handle employee relations and HR matters with professionalism and confidentiality</li><li>Implement and uphold firm policies while promoting a positive, team-oriented workplace</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred</li><li>Minimum 3 years of HR generalist and recruiting experience (PI law firm experience strongly preferred)</li><li>Thorough understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance</li><li>Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proficiency with HR systems and recruiting platforms</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment</li><li>Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality</li></ul>Compensation and Work Environment<ul><li>Pay: $20 &ndash; $30 per hour (commensurate with experience)</li><li>Schedule: Full-time, in-office only</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a respected, expanding firm</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Torrance, CA 90503 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Torrance, CA 90503: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
