 Your future role
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Sourcing for RM &amp; BOM material, all capital purchases must meet corporate standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring &amp; controlling of Purchases capital equipment, services, chemicals, Maintenance supplies, packaging materials and consumables as required by various departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Packing must meet customer specifications. MRO &amp; Construction must meet quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the correct level of quality materials are ordered and in stock to meet company requirements, while achieving aggressive and dynamic targeted inventory levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and develop suppliers working towards long term relationships with suppliers. Perform supplier performance evaluations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with regional Corporate Sourcing to ensure a unified effort is in place to achieve key objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages online internal approval levels of requisitions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance of all Maxion Wheels procurement policies and procedures, and respond to and correct, any audit finding, in the most effective and efficient manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Uses corporate standards, multi-plant volume and ISO/TS approved vendors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Source new products and provide vendor technical support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate blanket/contract agreements whenever possible. Provide purchasing related information and support to other departments as needed. Support continuous improvement activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in Kaizen, TPM, NWT, IATF, OHSAS, EMS, LPA, PRA, Tear Audits , Customer Audit points, Actions against routine tasks of Purchase. Ensure timely Supplier Audits
 </li>

 Ensure saving as per AOP Targets
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Your profile

 B.E. &ndash; Mechanical and master&rsquo;s degree in business or equivalent is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 15 years of experience in material management/strategic purchasing
 </li>
 <li>
 5-6 years supervisory experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong English communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in Matrix Organization
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong negotiation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced Excel skills

 Product Designer
 
 
 
 
 Your future role

 Develop new product designs in 3D and 2D using CATIA.

 Conduct feasibility analysis and propose required changes or improvements.

 Create and update 3D CAD models as per customer and Maxion requirements.

 Strong skills in 3D/2D CAD modeling, GD&amp;T, and engineering drawings.

 Maintenance Supervisor
 
 
 Your future role
 
 
 Directs emergency repair of machinery and plant equipment in his or her area of responsibility specifically for Machine electrical PM. Manages direct reports to ensure they perform with the highest level of safety, quality of work, and productivity possible. Executes the plant&rsquo;s preventative maintenance plan in his or her area of responsibility.

 To attend daily breakdown and update machine history, for all critical machine to support Production priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reviews work orders to determine work priorities and assign them to subordinates accordingly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure machines and equipment are properly running.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinates activities of workers fabricating or modifying machines, tools, or equipment to repair or upgrade machinery
 </li>
 <li>
 To deploy daily P.M &amp; Safety P.M as per schedule of plant machine and Arrange PM check list and material required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assigns preventative maintenance work orders to personnel based on priority and skill level of associates/team leaders
 </li>
 <li>
 Audits completed work orders to ensure that work is done properly and equipment is in safe and proper running order.
 </li>
 <li>
 Make recommendations to the Maintenance Manager for improvements to specific preventative maintenance instructions and systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains all Maintenance equipment Cleanliness and housekeeping work
 </li>
 <li>
 Promotes safe working conditions and habits for all maintenance personnel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains the proper discipline of his subordinates and to identify and follow up with employees on cases of poor work performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assists the Maintenance Manager in evaluating the adequacy of the training programs and make recommendations to fulfill training needs and requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducts daily shift communication meetings with subordinates to discuss safety, reoccurring equipment problems, and to delegate assignments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Do all work of TPM /5S /ISO 14K/IATF /LPA/CSR Internal &amp; External audit documentation and preparation work for all equipment and Update CLITA check list.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures that maintenance personnel return tools, parts, and other equipment to the proper storage place.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducts audits to ensure that maintenance personnel complete proper 5S &amp; all other (ISO14K/IATF/LPA/CSR) internal &amp; external audit activities in their areas of responsibility
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize spare part cost consumption by implementing Kaizen project/White belt project.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement Project to reduce costs and improve working conditions.
