Max's Swing Lounge provides a lively, indoor golf venue that serves craft beers, signature cocktails, and small plates in an energetic, fun environment. Both locations share a team that operates seamlessly to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced atmosphere. Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Greet and seat guests with warmth and enthusiasm, providing a welcoming experience from the moment they arrive</li><li>
Take food and beverage orders with accuracy, offering recommendations on daily specials, beverages, and pairings</li><li>
Ensure orders are delivered timely and meet Max's Tavern &amp; Max's Swing Lounge&rsquo;s quality and presentation standards</li><li>
Manage special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergies, ensuring seamless communication with the kitchen</li><li>
Engage with guests in a knowledgeable manner about the menu, providing insights into seasonal dishes and cocktails</li><li>
Assist with maintaining a clean, organized dining area, ensuring a professional atmosphere</li><li>
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service</li><li>
Address any guest concerns or inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring an exceptional dining experience</li><li>
Stay updated on restaurant specials, seasonal offerings, and promotions to maximize guest satisfaction</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For
Experience:<ul><li>
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a server in a fine-dining or upscale-casual environment is strongly preferred
</li><li>Experience with handling high-volume service while maintaining quality and consistency</li><li>
Knowledge of craft cocktails, beer selections, and menu pairings is a plus</li><li>
Ability to manage special requests, allergies, and dietary restrictions with professionalism</li><li>
Strong familiarity with POS systems and order entry</li><li>
Experience in a team-oriented environment, willing to collaborate with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff</li></ul>
