Requirements:

Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in building construction industry</li><li>
Proficiency in design of typical building plumbing systems including domestic water, waste/vent, and storm piping systems.</li><li>
Comprehensive understanding of International Plumbing Code and related building codes and standards.</li><li>
Proficient in Autodesk Revit.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office.</li></ul>
Education:<ul><li>
Associates degree in Engineering Technology/CAD or equivalent experience &ndash; preferred</li></ul>

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
Minimum 10 years&rsquo; experience with relevant system design. Typically possessing expertise in specific design areas (e.g., central plant, cleanrooms, etc.)</li><li>
Proficiency in design of typical building mechanical systems with an emphasis on HVAC systems but also including plumbing and fire protection systems</li><li>
Experience with design of specialty mechanical systems including industrial ventilation systems, process piping systems, and other specialty systems</li><li>
Understanding of regulatory and code requirements</li><li>
Experience in team leadership and managing and mentoring junior staff</li><li>
Professional Engineer (PE) license</li></ul>
Education:<ul><li>
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent experience</li></ul>
