Daily/Weekly Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-condition</li><li>
Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.)</li><li>
Perform on-call emergency service as required</li><li>
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed</li><li>
Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris</li></ul><p><b>
Who and what skills are we looking for?</b></p><ul><li>
A minimum of 1 year of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns</li><li>
Basic to moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills</li><li>
EPA Universal is highly preferred</li><li>
Energetic, responsible and organized</li><li>
