We are looking for IT Recruiter Experience - 3+ Years Location - 34 Sector ChandigarhWe are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent to meet our business needs. You will play a critical role in building strong teams and ensuring the organization attracts and retains skilled professionals.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding).</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels.</li><li>Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future openings.</li><li>Understand technical requirements of each role and collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions.</li><li>Conduct preliminary technical screening and assess candidates&rsquo; skills, experience, and cultural fit.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and technical teams.</li><li>Negotiate salary, benefits, and other terms with candidates.</li><li>Maintain candidate database and generate recruitment reports.</li><li>Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience as an IT Recruiter (agency or in-house).</li><li>Strong understanding of IT technologies (Java, PHP, Cloud, DevOps, Networking, etc.).</li><li>Hands-on experience with recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS).</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.</li></ul>If you interested can you drop Cv at tabasumali@maxxmann.inJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
