You will be responsible for planning, executing, analysing and improving paid campaigns along with SEO-driven strategies to boost visibility, traffic and conversions.Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct SEO audits &amp; implement On-page, Off-page &amp; Technical improvements</li><li>Perform keyword research, competitor benchmarking and ranking strategy</li><li>Optimize website content, structure, internal linking &amp; core vitals</li><li>Manage link-building activities, outreach &amp; authority growth</li><li>Track and measure organic performance through Google Analytics, GSC, etc.</li><li>Recommend long-term SEO strategy for ranking &amp; traffic growth</li></ul>Performance Marketing Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, execute &amp; optimize Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) campaigns</li><li>Create and manage performance-driven campaigns for leads, conversions &amp; sales</li><li>Set up A/B tests on audiences, creatives, landing pages &amp; funnels</li><li>Monitor campaign spend, ROI, CPL, CAC &amp; attribution</li><li>Scale campaigns profitably using data-driven insights</li><li>Build remarketing, warm audience &amp; funnel automation strategy</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong understanding of SEO (On-page + Off-page + Technical)</li><li>Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager</li><li>Comfortable in running performance-driven campaigns (Lead Gen + E-Com + Awareness)</li><li>Good command over keyword strategy, analytics &amp; reporting</li><li>Familiar with SEO &amp; PPC tools: GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMRush, Meta Business Suite, etc.</li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally with design &amp; content teams</li><li>Strong analytical thinking &amp; performance optimisation mindset</li></ul>Bonus Skills (Preferred, not mandatory)<ul><li>Google Ads knowledge</li><li>Landing page optimisation (CRO understanding)</li><li>Basic content writing + creative briefing</li><li>Knowledge of WordPress/Shopify/Analytics setup</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Work on multiple brands and industries</li><li>Creative freedom + strategy ownership</li><li>Performance-linked incentives</li><li>Fast-growth work environment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, InternshipPay: &#8377;12,157.27 - &#8377;20,374.39 per monthWork Location: In person
