Summary of Position
The Housekeeping Residential Attendant will be responsible for performing all daily tasks associated with housekeeping duties for cleaning Residences. This role will contribute to the organization as an active business partner that is responsible for supporting the company&rsquo;s goals and objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
Job duties include; although are not limited to:<ul><li>
Routine thorough cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms including all fittings and surfaces.</li><li>
Stripping and making of beds. The replacement of all towels and linen etc., as required.</li><li>
Keeping pantries tidy, correctly stacked according to the labels on the shelves and closed at all times when not actually in use.</li><li>
Replenishing guest supplies e.g. toiletries</li><li>
Cleaning the residential corridors, parking areas, and lobby by vacuuming, cleaning mirrors, credenzas, and elevators.</li><li>
Reporting defects in rooms. Report any maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Managers. They will direct this to Engineering to take care of and will follow up once completed.</li><li>
To carry out any other cleaning duties as specified by Housekeeping Managers.</li><li>
To report to the Housekeeping Managers any suspicious persons or situations.</li><li>
To maintain the rooms for which they are responsible each day to the highest possible standard of cleanliness and good order.</li><li>
To behave in a quiet and polite manner at all times. Whilst working with another colleague and see something is wrong, address it with them directly. If you are not comfortable speaking with them, please bring it up to the housekeeping managers.</li><li>
To ensure that doors to rooms are always kept closed with the proper sign &ldquo;ATTENDANT IN ROOM&rdquo; on the door handle whilst working therein.</li><li>
Be on time to the scheduled residence. Do not arrive earlier or later than the scheduled time.</li><li>
If extra time is needed to clean a residence, speak with the Housekeeping Managers.</li><li>
To assist in any way that may be necessary to ensure the efficiency and smooth running of the Housekeeping Department.</li><li>
Reporting to superior prior to any overtime accrual.</li><li>
Promoting a positive image of the property by displaying a pleasant and upbeat personality during each guest interaction and being comfortable responding to and carrying out specific guest needs and requests.</li><li>
Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all guestrooms.</li><li>
Performing additional duties as assigned that may be outside the normal scope of duties based on business needs.</li><li>
Maintain effective communication within the department and ensure that the Housekeeping Managers are kept well informed of any problems/queries that have arisen.</li><li>
Report any problems/complaints to the Housekeeping Managers.</li><li>
To attend any department training sessions and/or meetings required.</li><li>
To be fully conversant with the Staff Induction Book.</li><li>
If extra assistance is needed in a residence, speak with the Housekeeping Managers so they can send assistance.</li><li>
Do not speak about Residents, their units, or anything that is personal to any other colleagues at the hotel. Please maintain their privacy.</li><li>
Departmental issues or concerns are to be brought up within the appropriate channels in the department. Under no circumstance is an attendant to voice their concerns to a guest, resident or any assistants or employees of said residents or guests.</li><li>
Attendant is not allowed to carry their personal phone while on duty. An Itouch or radio device will be given as a method of communication.</li><li>
To be aware of and comply with safe working practices as laid down under the Health and Safety Act as applicable to your place of work. This will include your awareness of any specific hazards at your work place.</li><li>
The wearing of appropriate protective clothing provided by or recommended by the Company will be obligatory. Wearing appropriate PPE, mask and gloves etc.</li><li>
Maintain a clean and groomed appearance</li><li>
To report any defects in the building, plant or equipment according to hotel procedure.</li><li>
Attendant is responsible for maintaining their cart in good condition, reporting any maintenance issues and maintaining good appearances of the carts. Attendant is responsible for properly stocking the carts and not overloading to cause a safety concern.</li><li>
6th, 7th and 8th floor residential storage areas, pantries and trash rooms are responsibility of the residential attendants assigned.</li><li>
To ensure that any accidents to staff, guests or visitors are reported immediately in accordance with correct procedures.</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
One (1) year prior experience in similar cleaning position.</li><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent vocational training</li><li>
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English</li></ul>
 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of the job, the Residential Room Attendant is required to stand, walk, handle, or feel objects, tools, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl; talk, hear; reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and or move up to 25 pounds and sometimes lift and or move up to 50 pounds. Exert physical effort in being able to clean multiple rooms per shift.

Summary of Position
The Spa Massage Therapist position will provide exceptional massage and spa treatments with the highest level of professionalism, a customized approach and over the top hospitality to guests of the spa. Your role will contribute to the organization as an active business partner that is responsible for supporting the company&rsquo;s goals, objectives, vision, mission, and values.
Roles and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Provide massage and spa services to guests in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner including, but not limited to, massage, wellness therapies, body treatment, foot soaks/ treatments, etc.</li><li>
Maintain an agreed upon retail sales to service ratio with the exceptional products, gifts, and accessories provided.</li><li>
Maintain an agreed upon minimum upsell percentage.</li><li>
Attend pre/post shift meetings.</li><li>
Participate fully in maintaining back bar expenses.</li><li>
Complete all necessary record-keeping tasks as they pertain to the operation of the spa.</li><li>
Participate in all advanced training without exception.</li><li>
Escort guests to and from treatment rooms in a graceful manner, attending to any immediate needs throughout the spa visit.</li><li>
Assist in providing information for any inquiries, help to coordinate all guests requests for services and maintain impeccable yourself and spa cleanliness of the spa.</li><li>
Ensure guests comfort and safety through the treatment.</li><li>
Maintain work area with necessary supplies, sanitation, and disinfection procedures ensuring room is always immaculate (tables draped, counters and products clean)</li><li>
Perform monthly and quarterly deep clean responsibilities.</li><li>
Assist with cleanliness of al spa areas including all locker rooms.</li><li>
Assist fellow associates with daily operations to support healthy teamwork and contribute to the success of the spa.</li><li>
Assist in any other function as requested by Spa manger, director of rooms, or general manager as it pertains to the spa, lounges, indoor/outdoor area, retail area, pool area.</li><li>
Participate fully in any/all promotions within and outside the spa, hotel, or at offsite events.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
High school or equivalent education</li><li>
Ability to communicate clearly and speak, read, write and understand English.</li><li>
Valid massage therapy certification from a recognized school of massage</li><li>
Insurance coverage as required to maintain massage license/certification.</li><li>
5+ years&rsquo; experience as a massage therapist in a stand-alone spa or luxury hotel/resort spa.</li><li>
Luxury experience strongly preferred</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li><li>
Advanced training in holistic and/or clinical bodywork, aromatherapy, and spa/body treatments.</li><li>
Knowledge of botanical ingredients, thalassotherapy, reflexology, Ayurveda, or any holistic wellness field/modality.</li><li>
Knowledge of general wellness practices such as yoga, meditation, etc</li><li>
Advanced holistic and clinical training.</li><li>
Exceptional skills in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage and at least two of the following:</li><li>
Acupressure</li><li>
Shiatsu</li><li>
Ayurvedic i.e. abhyanga, etc</li><li>
Clinical deep tissue</li><li>
Craniosacral &ndash; upledger or equivalent</li><li>
Deep tissue</li><li>
Hot stone massage</li><li>
Lomi lomi massage</li><li>
Lymphatic drainage &ndash; upledger or equivalent</li><li>
Myofascial release</li><li>
Neuromassage</li><li>
Pregnancy massage- certificate of advanced training required to perform pregnancy massage.</li><li>
Reflexology</li><li>
Reiki II or master +</li><li>
Rolfing</li><li>
Shiatsu- table and/or mat</li><li>
Sports massage</li><li>
Thai massage</li><li>
Trigger point massage</li></ul>
Physical Requirements<ul><li>
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to remain in a stationary position of extended periods of time</li><li>
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such a computer, copy machine, printer, etc.</li><li>
Constantly communicates with vendors, clients, staff members, therefore must be able to communicate, converse with and exchange information</li><li>
Light to moderate lifting is required</li><li>
Ability to work in a confined area.</li><li>
Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.</li>
Walking and standing are required throughout the working day<li>-length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task. Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water. The individual must be able to transport up to 30 pounds on occasion.</li><li>
Position requires walking and placing supplies and merchandise often during the working day; must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task.</li><li>
Must be able to exert well-paced ability to reach different outlets and other departments of the Resort on a timely basis. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks.</li><li>
Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.</li></ul>
