 The role focuses on&nbsp;
 
 driving property sales, delivering exceptional client experiences, and representing Maysan&rsquo;s luxury residential developments to investors and end-users.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Duties and Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Promote and sell&nbsp;
 
 Maysan Properties off-plan and ready projects
 
 , including luxury apartments, villas, and townhouses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Specialize in&nbsp;
 
 Freehold projects
 
 , targeting both&nbsp;
 
 local and international investors
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct&nbsp;
 
 project presentations, property viewings, and site tours
 
 &nbsp;for potential buyers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide clients with detailed information on&nbsp;
 
 masterplans, payment plans, project timelines, and lifestyle offerings
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise clients on&nbsp;
 
 investment opportunities, capital appreciation, and rental yield potential
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the&nbsp;
 
 full property sales cycle
 
 , from lead generation to closing and reservation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong relationships with&nbsp;
 
 investors, brokers, and strategic partners
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of&nbsp;
 
 unit availability, pricing structures, and promotional offers
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with&nbsp;
 
 marketing and developer teams
 
 &nbsp;to support project launches, exhibitions, and campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records in the&nbsp;
 
 CRM system
 
 &nbsp;and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective buyers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve and exceed&nbsp;
 
 monthly and quarterly sales targets
 
 .
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Desired Candidate Profile
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in&nbsp;
 
 Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 
 3&ndash;5 years of real estate sales experience
 
 , preferably in&nbsp;
 
 developer sales or luxury residential projects
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of&nbsp;
 
 ITC and Freehold ownership regulations in Oman
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in&nbsp;
 
 Arabic and English
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent&nbsp;
 
 presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Client-focused with strong&nbsp;
 
 relationship management abilities
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-driven and&nbsp;
 
 target-oriented
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid&nbsp;
 
 Omani driving license
 
 .
 </li>
