Our growing company is seeking to hire an <b>Assembler.</b> As an employee/owner at MEC, you are responsible by assembling parts and subassemblies for OEM products.</p><div></div><div><b><br>
A role like this comes with some important responsibilities, some of those responsibilities include:</b>Work from assembly drawings and specifications
</div><ul><li>Assembles parts with the aid of verbal instructions, print(s) or sample parts.</li><li>
Uses various types of riveting devices, hand tools, air guns and power devices to assemble parts.</li><li>
Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.</li><li>
Checks parts for quality and accuracy using basic inspection devices such as micrometers, verniers, scales, squares and gages.</li><li>
Assembles prototypes with Engineering help.</li><li>
Inspects parts for various types of cosmetic specifications.</li><li>
Where required, must achieve certification in riveting.</li><li>
Must be able to assemble at every station and process on the assembly line.</li><li>
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.</li><li>
Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.</li><li>
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.</li><li>

What Does It Take to Be a Fit for This Role?</b></div><ul><li>
One-three months of related experience is preferred.</li><li>
Must be able to read blueprints, work orders, and follow instructions.</li><li>
Demonstrated detail orientation, self-motivation skills and ability to multi-task.</li><li>
Good finger and hand dexterity.</li><li>
Ability to understand and follow at MEC safety policies and procedures.

MEC is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks and resolve end user requests for assistance.</div><div></div><div><br>
Position to be primarily located in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, with travel to Mayville and Beaver Dam, WI based on need.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Provides first contact support of incoming requests to the service desk via telephone, web portal, email, and chat to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end-user issues. Builds rapport and elicits problem details from service desk customers.</li><li>
Prioritizes incidents and service requests according to defined processes to meet defined service level agreements (SLAs).</li><li>
Escalates incidents with accurate documentation to suitable technician, when required.</li><li>
Records, tracks, and documents the service desk incident-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made and actions taken, through to final resolution.</li><li>
Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctioning equipment. Researches solutions through internal and external knowledge base as needed.</li><li>
Performs hands-on fixes at the desktop level when remote tools are not appropriate, including hardware repairs, delivery of peripherals, or other fixes as determined. Tests fixes to ensure an incident has been adequately resolved.</li><li>
Performs preventative physical, including checking and cleaning of workstations, printers, and peripherals, and technical maintenance, such as regular network and software upgrades.</li><li>
Develops help sheets and FAQ lists for end users. Contributes to technician knowledge base as needed. Supports manufacturing environment IT related hardware.</li><li>
Identifies areas and provides suggestions for continual improvement.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Job Skills Requirements</div><ul><li>
Knowledge of basic computer hardware, including desktop or laptop workstation setups, component replacement such as hard drives, video cards, power supplies or memory.</li><li>
Experience with desktop operating systems, including Windows 11.</li><li>
Application support experience with Microsoft Office.</li><li>
Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities, including Process Explorer and Microsoft Sysinternals.</li><li>
Strong written and oral communication skills.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport building, listening, and questioning skills.</li><li>
Keen attention to detail.</li><li>
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>

Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Compile actual sales and forecast data to support business decisions around sales, capacity, and material planning.</li><li>
Prepare capacity analyses to support decisions around capital expenditure and production readiness planning across sites
</li><li>Prepare material forecast and inventory plan
</li><li>Develop and Pilot new metrics for SIOP and Variance reporting for SIOP</li><li>
Involve collaboration and communication with peers in multiple departments.</li><li>
Develop programs using, advance experience with MS Office Suite: Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros, Visual Basics etc.
