 Role Overview
 
 
 
 
 
 
 We are seeking a Business Development Specialist with strong experience in sales, partnerships, and commercial growth within the advertising and marketing industry. You will play a key role in expanding our client portfolio and ensuring strong relationships with partners across all sectors.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and partnership opportunities
 
 
 &nbsp;&bull; Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify business opportunities
 
 
 &nbsp;&bull; Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients
 
 
 &nbsp;&bull; Prepare persuasive commercial proposals and pitch presentations
 
 
 &nbsp;&bull; Lead negotiations and oversee deal closing
 
 
 &nbsp;&bull; Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of agreements and onboarding
 
 
 &nbsp;&bull; Prepare reports, forecasts, and insights to support decision making and revenue growth
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
 
 
 &nbsp;&bull; Previous experience in a marketing or advertising agency is required
 
 
 &nbsp;&bull; Strong skills in opportunity identification, market analysis, and partnership building
 
 
 &nbsp;&bull; Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
 
 
 &nbsp;&bull; Ability to prepare clear, structured, and compelling commercial proposals
 
 
 &nbsp;&bull; Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing services
 
 
 &nbsp;&bull; Professional, detail oriented, and driven by results
 
 
 &nbsp;&bull; Immediate availability is preferred
