Required Listing Coordinator - Salary + CommissionExperience at least 2 years experience in the Real Estate field &amp; Abu Dhabi MarketJob Description- Maintain and update listings of available properties on a weekly basis.- Preparing documents ( Offer Letters, Contracts, MOU, Authorization letters, etc.)- Established relationships with buyers and sellers from engagement to closing.- Acquiring exclusive property from owners- Coordinating the marketing campaign for each listing, including working with agents to stage the property and take photos of it to advertise online- Negotiating with sellers to resolve any issues that may arise during the listing process- Keeping records of all listing activities, such as when a property was first listed or when it was sold- Working with other members of the real estate team, such as appraisers or agents, to ensure that the transaction goes smoothly- Preparing reports detailing a property&rsquo;s performance over time, including number of showings, offers made, and price changes- Made weekly calls to sellers to keep them updated on their properties.- Listed items must also include the correct information and photos to assure customer satisfaction and positive feedback.- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers- Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.Skills Required- Initiative- Adaptability- Self-motivation- Leadership- Attention to detail- Strong interpersonal skills- Good computer skills (MS Office Tools, Google Drive)- Ability to negotiateJob Type: Full-timePay: From AED4,000.00 per month

We are looking for Experienced Graphic Designer that can join immediately in a Real Estate company in Abu DhabiJob Description- Well Known about the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Market- Ability to develop, organize and implement new concepts for social media platforms and websites to boost online presence- Full Knowledge of ADOBE SUITES- Exceptional design, retouching and creative skills are required- Design videos, pictures, stop motions, animations and collaterals for online and offline activities- Create and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies- Report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement- Manage the company's website and ensure that it is optimized for search engines- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. Sales, IT, etc.) to ensure that our digital marketing efforts are aligned with overall company objectives- Thinking creatively and producing new ideas in creative concepts- Designing and creating visual graphics for use across digital and print media, including Ecommerce website, social media, e-newsletters &amp; Marketing Mails, advertisements, and promotional materials.- Experience in social media management, creation content, design posts and videos by relative software.- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product portfolio, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.- Coordinate with the growth team to identify brands with growth potential andhigh conversion potential.- Knowledge in editing and Photography- Taking video and knows how to edit videos- Knowledgeable to get more views &amp; followersSkills- Experience in Graphic Designing (Adobe Suite of Products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash Professional, Fireworks, Acrobat X Pro, Bridge, Media Encoder, HTML)- Multi-tasking and time management skills with ability to prioritize- Keeping Track of Data and analyzing the performance- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.- Video EditingExperience- At least 1 year experience in Real Estate company- Experience in Abu Dhabi MarketJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED5,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>graphic designer: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
