Mazzotta Rentals, Inc. (MRI) is seeking a Road Technician to perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on our fleet. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, possess a high level of technical expertise, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. The road technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operation of equipment.</p><div><p><b>
Responsibilities
</b></p></div><ul><li>Travel to various locations and project sites to provide on-site services.</li><li>
Manage logistics related to transportation and equipment needed for fieldwork.</li><li>
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>
Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues.</li><li>
Repair faulty components and perform necessary adjustments.</li><li>
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.</li><li>
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.</li><li>

Valid Class A or Class B CDL with a clean record.</li><li>

Self-motivated, highly organized, with impeccable attention to detail.</li><li>
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.</li><li>
Efficient problem solving and trouble shooting skills.</li><li>
Knowledge of hydraulic systems and electrical systems.</li><li>
Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>
Reaching, bending, squatting, and lifting 50 pounds or more.</li><li>
High school diploma required.</li><li>
Preferred Education: Technical or vocational training. Certification in related fields.</li><li>
