The SEO Content Manager will serve as the bridge between technical SEO execution and creative content strategy. This role requires a strong foundational understanding of SEO best practices, with the ability to manage day-to-day SEO operations, as well as plan, write, and optimize content that drives organic growth. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative &mdash; able to read data and turn it into actionable strategies while also developing compelling content that resonates with users, search engines, and answer engines alike.</div><div></div><div><br>

Key Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li><b>
SEO Strategy &amp; Execution</b><ul><li>
Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic visibility across the MB2 Dental brand website and the Carabelli Club website.</li><li>
Conduct ongoing keyword research to identify content gaps, new opportunities, and areas for optimization.</li><li>
Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to address issues related to crawlability, indexation, and site performance.</li><li>
Optimize on-page elements, including metadata, internal linking, schema markup, and site architecture.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Content Planning &amp; Creation</b><ul><li>
Plan, write, and optimize SEO-driven content for blogs, service pages, and other website assets.</li><li>
Create and structure content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to improve visibility in featured snippets, voice search, and AI-driven search results.</li><li>
Collaborate with the brand and content teams to align SEO goals with broader marketing initiatives.</li><li>
Ensure all content adheres to SEO best practices and aligns with the brand&rsquo;s voice and tone.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Analytics &amp; Reporting</b><ul><li>
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs.</li><li>
Create and deliver regular reports on traffic, rankings, and content performance with actionable insights.</li><li>
Track and manage local SEO efforts, including Google Business Profiles and local citations.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Industry Awareness &amp; Continuous Improvement</b><ul><li><ul><li>Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging best practices (including AEO/GEO).</li><li>Provide recommendations to improve organic visibility, user engagement, and conversions.</li></ul></li></ul></li></ul><div><b>
Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
3-5 years of SEO experience with exposure to both technical SEO and content marketing.</li><li>
Solid understanding of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in creating and optimizing content for SEO and AEO (featured snippets, voice search, AI search results).</li><li>
Foundational knowledge of technical SEO concepts (site speed, schema, indexation, crawlability).</li><li>
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt content for both user experience and SEO.</li><li>
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy and measurable outcomes.</li><li>
Experience in healthcare, dental, or multi-location industries is a plus, but not required.</li><li>
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.</li></ul><div></div><div><i><br>
