About the Role</b></h3><div>
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate <b>Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon</b> to join our growing dental network in the Asheville, NC region. This unique <b>traveling position</b> offers flexibility and variety &mdash; you&rsquo;ll provide surgical services across <b>seven established, modern dental offices</b>, each equipped with experienced support staff and state-of-the-art technology.</div><div>
The ideal candidate is a board-certified or board-eligible oral surgeon who values patient-centered care, enjoys working in diverse clinical settings, and thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment.</div><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li><div>
Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including extractions, implants, bone grafting, and pathology.</div></li><li><div>
Conduct consultations and develop comprehensive treatment plans in coordination with referring general dentists.</div></li><li><div>
Travel to assigned partner offices within the Asheville area on a rotating schedule.</div></li><li><div>
Provide follow-up care and ensure high standards of patient satisfaction and safety.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.</div></li><li><div>
Foster strong relationships with referring providers and office teams.</div></li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li><div>
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.</div></li><li><div>
Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.</div></li><li><div>
Board certified or board eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.</div></li><li><div>
Current North Carolina dental license (or eligibility for licensure).</div></li><li><div>
Current DEA and BLS/ACLS certification.</div></li><li><div>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation.</div></li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
