</p><ul><li>Must possess significant experience with PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint and Teams.
</li><li>Must demonstrate mastery of graphics and video editing tools that are licensed for use on government networks.
</li><li>Should also have experience utilizing Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Captivate, After Effects, Spark, Premiere Pro, Audition, Dreamweaver).
</li><li>Should have experience developing executive level briefings, speeches and articles relating to Army Aviation operations, training, doctrine, and program management.
</li><li>Must be an energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional
</li><li>Must have a portfolio of
</li><li>No military experience is required for this position but this individual must understand military culture and be able to communicate that through the visual medium.</li><li>
Must have an active personnel security clearance at the Secret Security Clearance level</li><li>
