Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and Planning:</li><li>Develop innovative architectural designs for residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.</li><li>Create detailed architectural plans, and 3D models using CAD software.</li><li>Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements and translate them into design concepts.</li><li>Conduct feasibility studies to ensure design proposals are practical and within budget.</li><li>Should have the Background of Hotel &amp; Commercial industry .</li><li>Project Management:</li><li>Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.</li><li>Supervise and coordinate activities of construction teams, contractors, and consultants.</li><li>Oversee the preparation and submission of building permits and other regulatory approvals.</li><li>Obtaining quotes form external parties, Consultants, Contractors and coordination with them .</li><li>Working closely with other consultants and Govt approvals .</li><li>Knowledge of Raising Rfi&rsquo;s and responses.</li><li>Can do the all documentation of Project related Govt. Approvals, Drgs and all documents .</li><li>Collaboration and Communication:</li><li>Work closely with engineers, contractors, and interior designers to ensure design integrity is maintained throughout the project.</li><li>Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to clients and stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and safety standards.</li><li>Sustainability and Innovation:</li><li>Incorporate sustainable design principles and green building practices into all projects.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with new materials, technologies, and architectural trends to bring innovative solutions to each project.</li><li>Quality Control and Risk Management:</li><li>Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction.</li><li>Ensure that all designs meet high-quality standards, minimizing errors and rework.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s in Architecture or a related field.</li><li>Licensed Architect (required in most jurisdictions).</li><li>6- 7 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.</li><li>Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up ) .</li><li>Strong knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and sustainability standards.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Willing to travel Pan India or as required .</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current ctc ?</li><li>Do you have experience in Hotel Industry</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Architect: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Delhi, Delhi (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Role &amp; responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with the IR, Factories Act, Labor Laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements. (MUST HAVE)</li><li>Maintain all statutory records and coordinate with external auditors/inspectors.</li><li>Manage contract labor compliances and vendor documentation.</li><li>Ensure proper retention of records as per legal requirements.</li><li>Manage end-to-end PF and ESI processes.</li><li>Filing of monthly returns, challans, and UAN/KYC updates.</li><li>Address employee queries regarding PF/ESI benefits.</li><li>Verify labor licenses, registers, wage sheets, and monthly compliance reports from contractors.</li><li>Keep updated records of licenses, renewals, and statutory permissions.</li><li>Handle labor department inspections, factory compliance audits, and third-party audits.</li><li>Support HR policies related to compliance, ethics, workplace norms, and employee welfare.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company SOPs and legal guidelines at all locations/factories.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
