 The key responsibilities of the incumbent would be the following:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Technical delivery of corporate tax compliance (calculations/ computation of tax liabilities, disclosures, payment of taxes, filings of tax returns, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical delivery of advisory related assignments (including but not limited to Corporate Income Tax and International Taxation, such as cross border tax implications, DTAA interpretations, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience on Withholding taxes and Transfer Pricing would be an added advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle the firm&rsquo;s clients and be responsible for developing new business in the corporate tax practice.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and support the firms&rsquo; initiatives to deliver tailor-made solutions for the Clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Network with external Organisations and build strategic alliances to build the brand value of MBG.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support product development initiatives, as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enable and leverage the revenue growth opportunities for firms&rsquo; Corporate Tax Practice
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive retention and growth of people &ndash; a good people manager.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Chartered Accountant (or equivalent qualification of the respective country)
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 6-8 years of experience from a Professional Service Firm having tax practice.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong technical capabilities in tax area including international tax, cross border tax, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 On ground experience on ERPs/ MIS systems would be an added advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have led client engagements for multinationals especially on providing solutions on structures, complex taxation transactions etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Should have the ability to work in cross functional teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Should have leveraged Technology to bring about associated benefits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Inspirational Leadership and ability to Coach and Mentor teams.
 </li>
