<div>We are seeking a Project Manager in our Bengaluru office for our Retail + Restaurant studio. This role focuses on the timely and accurate production of project deliverables from design development through construction, opportunity to work on diverse retail projects across phases, contribute to high-quality documentation, and grow technical and design skills under the mentorship of the studio Principal.
A Day in life:<ul><li>
Thoroughly understand the client's objectives &amp; communication to pursue new opportunities.
</li><li>Set and implement project strategy, workflow, &amp; processes</li><li>
Delegate work assignments based on project scope and team member's skill set</li><li>
Manage the production of client deliverables on time and budget: Identify extra services</li><li>
Manage revenue projections and staffing projections</li><li>
Oversight of, and adherence to, professional standards and technical procedures</li><li>
Quality assurance: Perform quality checks to ensure the deliverables are error free</li><li>
Lead and mentor junior staff and designers to achieve efficient project progress and professional development</li><li>
Assist with developing proposals and reviewing contracts</li><li>
Provide construction administration services</li><li>
Provide technical guidance and creative solutions to address complex technical and design challenges</li><li>
Direct production and maintain quality control of construction drawings

You&rsquo;re already experienced in:<ul><li>
Retail roll out, luxury retail, and ground up retail projects</li><li>
Space planning for retail stores</li><li>
Implementation of prototypes + non prototypical work</li><li>
Custom design and detailing</li></ul>
Your Soft Skills Include:<ul><li>
Clear, concise, and professional communication, both verbal and written</li><li>
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines</li><li>
Strong leadership and relationship-management skills</li><li>
Work for a multi-office/multi-time zone company

You Have the Following Qualifications:<ul><li>
Degree in Architecture or relevant field</li><li>
18 years of experience in Retail and roll-out segment.</li><li>
Proficient in Sketch-up, Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Photoshop, etc.</li></ul>

Project Manager

<div>We are seeking an Architect in the Mumbai office for our Retail + Restaurant studio. This role focuses on the timely and accurate production of project deliverables from design development through construction, opportunities to work on diverse retail projects across phases, contribute to high-quality documentation, and grow technical and design skills under the mentorship of project leaders and managers.
A Day in life:<ul><li>
Create, assemble, and issue client deliverables utilizing CAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Sketchup or other medium</li><li>
Asist with review of survey documents. Ability to create accurate drawings from the Site surveys, record sets, and as built drawings</li><li>
Implement building codes and ensure drawing adhere to codes, regulations, and sustainability standards</li><li>
Assists with the layout of small projects, test fits, and development of details.</li><li>
Perform quality assurance checks to ensure the deliverables are error free</li><li>
Work on MEP coordination sets</li><li>
Keep supervisors informed of changes in scope or schedule</li><li>
Revise drawings per RFI's, bulletins, and addendums</li><li>
Ensure brand standard updates are incorporated in models, drawings, etc.</li></ul>
You&rsquo;re a great fit if:
You&rsquo;re already experienced in:<ul><li>
Design Documentation of retail</li><li>
Utilizing Revit to produce client deliverables</li><li>
Working effectively within a collaborative team environment</li><li>
TI and/or ground up retail projects</li><li>
Retail Store concepts &amp; designs</li><li>
Implementation of prototypes</li><li>
Custom detailing</li></ul>
Your Soft Skills Include:<ul><li>
Good communication and presentation skills</li><li>
Ability to work on various brands in a fast-changing environment</li><li>
Work with integrity, trust, and commitment, setting an example for others</li><li>
Experience working for a multi-office/multi-time zone company
</li><li>Communicating changes in project scope or schedule</li></ul>
You Have the Following Qualifications:<ul><li>
Degree in Architecture or relevant field</li><li>
Minimum 2 years of retail work experience</li><li>
Working knowledge in Sketch-up, Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Photoshop, etc.</li></ul>
