MBL Technologies is seeking an IT Project Manager Collaboration Systems SharePoint to support a federal contract. This role is mostly remote; however, it will require occasional onsite meetings in the Arlington area. With no travel reimbursements allocated. This role is contingent based on contract award.
The IT Project Manager &ndash; Collaboration Systems (SharePoint) is responsible for managing projects and services within FDIC&rsquo;s enterprise collaboration environment. This role oversees the planning, implementation, and optimization of SharePoint systems, ensuring security, compliance, and high-quality service delivery. The IT Project Manager will act as a liaison between stakeholders, IT process owners, and the collaboration implementation team, ensuring that collaboration technologies align with business needs, compliance requirements, and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of collaboration services to customers.</li><li>
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain SharePoint systems.</li><li>
Administer, secure, and monitor SharePoint sites and sub-sites.</li><li>
Manage system security, patching, and upgrades to ensure compliance.</li><li>
Review SharePoint usage reports and ensure optimal performance.</li><li>
Document SharePoint site configurations, site architecture, and management procedures.</li><li>
Train employees on SharePoint application usage and provide end-user support.</li><li>
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint.</li><li>
Provide ongoing system optimization and recommend improvements or upgrades.</li><li>
Conduct audits of IT programs and projects utilizing the collaboration environment.</li><li>
Develop methods to monitor and measure risk, compliance, and assurance efforts.</li><li>
Perform needs analysis to identify opportunities for new or improved business process solutions.</li><li>
Provide recommendations on project costs, design concepts, or design changes.</li><li>
Support project implementation and technology upgrades.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operating Level Agreements (OLAs).</li><li>
Gather feedback on customer satisfaction and internal performance for continuous improvement.</li><li>
Collaborate with other service managers and product owners to prioritize collaboration services.</li><li>
Review service performance reports, identify issues, and initiate corrective actions when necessary.</li></ul>
Required Experience &amp; Skills:<ul><li>
Proficiency in administering, configuring, and managing SharePoint environments.</li><li>
Six + years of relevant SharePoint experience.</li><li>
BS/BA in a cyber-related field (direct experience or certifications may substitute for academic credentials).</li><li>
Proficiency in administering, configuring, and managing SharePoint environments.</li><li>
Skilled in identifying system performance indicators and implementing corrective actions.</li><li>
Ability to track, translate, and prioritize information needs across SharePoint environments.</li><li>
Experience using SharePoint knowledge objects and managing user roles/authentication.</li><li>
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within collaboration environments.</li></ul>

The Cybersecurity Compliance Manager supports and oversees security compliance, governance, and incident response functions to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of agency information. This role leads the execution of security impact assessments, monitors compliance activities, and develops strategies, policies, and training to strengthen the organization&rsquo;s overall cybersecurity posture.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Conduct periodic security impact assessments and ongoing security compliance monitoring activities.</li><li>
Review system-related security plans to ensure alignment with privacy, IT, and compliance standards.</li><li>
Administer processes for tracking, investigating, and responding to security-related complaints.</li><li>
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on risk assessments, compliance reviews, and remediation strategies.</li><li>
Prepare audit reports highlighting findings and recommended corrective actions.</li><li>
Ensure proper reporting and documentation of self-disclosures of security or privacy violations.</li><li>

MBL Technologies is currently hiring for a 508 Compliance Analyst to support our client in the Washington, DC metro area. While the position is remote, it will require occasional work onsite in the DC Metro Area.
The 508 Compliance Analyst will serve as the Section 508 coordinator and subject matter expert on all 508 issues. The individual will participate in working groups with stakeholders to discuss requirements and/or present 508 strategies and solutions; provide guidance on technical issues involving Section 508 as it relates to accessible documents and electronic media. 
Required Experience/Skills:<ul><li>
At least two years of experience creating and vetting documents (Word, Adobe, PPT, Excel, etc.) through the Federal 508 requirements process.</li><li>
Thorough understanding of Section 508 American Disabilities Act and other relevant accessibility standards and regulations.</li><li>
Experience with both IT hardware and software compliance, as well as experience creating strategies to maximize functionality for ADA users.</li><li>
Experience redesigning and/or developing solutions to address accessibility issues and ensure compliance with 508 standards.</li><li>
