 Job Description
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide the transportation according to the plan received by the departments (timing and number of people).
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the execution of the activities related to the catering at the factory and monitor the catering provider.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in the department meetings, support the employees and leaders in the topics related to Admin &amp; Facilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the internal events in the factory, helping with the organization and execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in the internal and external audits
 </li>
 <li>
 Communication: Update the internal communication of the factory &ndash; TV, visual boards, support internal communication, creating visual communication for approval and implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Relationship Management - Ensure the services that we are providing are up to the standard and the contract terms and ensure internal client satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reception/Services: Assisting the visitors / Receiving calls
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage all the services related to contract (Invoice booking / contract management / supplier evaluation / supplier selection)
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for analyzing and controlling the Admin &amp; Facilities packages budget monthly, as well as planning the forecast.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administration and Compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that all administrative tasks are attended to and in compliance with BRF internal rules &amp; regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparation of PR/PO for all services related invoices / timely booking to avoid any deviation / Provision control.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.

 Job Description
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Implement budget control and standardization of the budget control, involving development of trainings, templates and meetings coordination, ensuring accurate control of the budget;
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparation, Analysis and management of the yearly PO;
 </li>
 <li>
 Disseminate a culture of managing expenses management; introducing BRF expense management tools, creating routine controls ,interfacing with leaders to identify deviations, their causes and plan corrective actions;
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement the KPI&rsquo;s and Inventory Controls, ensuring their targets are achieved, involving creation of templates, standardization, and follow-up meetings;
 </li>
 <li>
 Implementation and maintenance of the MBO methodology;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the proper preparation and Analysis of the yearly CSRs
 </li>
 <li>
 Seek for continious improvement projects for the operations by the guidelines of BRF's Managment systems and Six Sigma and Lean management tools;
 </li>
 <li>
 Support on the implementation of Management and improvement tools such as SDCA &amp; PDCA;
 </li>
 <li>
 Support on Implementation and maintenance of Quality Circles &amp; Efficiency Committees;
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in developing all the process flows along with the departments, make sure that all the processes are running as per the flows created and coordinating meetings for compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs the gap analysis of customers&rsquo;, international standards and legal requirements in the Management System and its integration through existing procedures;
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Academic Background
