We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer specialized in Firefighting Systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid technical and practical experience of 5 years in estimation, design coordination, documentation, and site supervision of firefighting systems, with full knowledge of UAE Civil Defense requirements from design submission to final approval.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare estimations, cost analysis, and quotations for firefighting projects based on tender documents, drawings, and specifications.</li><li>Review firefighting design drawings, hydraulic calculations, and ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defense codes and NFPA standards.</li><li>Prepare and submit technical documentation for Civil Defense approval, including all required drawings, data sheets, and compliance forms.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, clients, and Civil Defense officers throughout the approval and inspection process until final approval is obtained.</li><li>Plan, execute, and supervise site installation works for firefighting systems such as sprinkler systems, fire pumps, hose reels, hydrants, and FM-200 systems.</li><li>Ensure materials and installation methods meet approved specifications and safety standards.</li><li>Monitor project progress, manpower allocation, and ensure timely completion of works.</li><li>Prepare as-built drawings, test reports, and completion documents for project handover.</li><li>Liaise with the procurement team for material selection and vendor coordination.</li><li>Conduct testing, commissioning, and maintenance of firefighting systems as required.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, ContractPay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
