We are growing! McCarthy Auto Group is seeking a Full-Time Parts Consultant for our McCarthy Subaru of Lawrence. We offer highly competitive wages, a comprehensive benefit package, and incentives. 

Job Summary: 
To support the growth and profitability of the Parts Department by assisting the Service and Sales Departments as well as Wholesale and Retail customers in a friendly and professional manner.<div> 

Essential Functions: 
<ul><li>Provide excellent service by listening to customer and internal inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner.</li><li>Perform a variety of customer service and stocking duties related to the receiving, sales and delivery of parts and accessories with an emphasis on same day repairs in the Service Department.</li><li>Properly identify parts needed to provide an accurate price and availability.</li><li>Assist with inventory management, the checking in, inspection and stocking of parts.</li><li>Maintain a clean and professional appearance.</li><li>Demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service.</li></ul></div><div> 

Qualifications: 
<ul><li>One or more years of Parts Counter experience preferred.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.</li><li>Capable of problem identification and resolution.</li><li>Possess good time management skills.</li><li>Team oriented with excellent communication skills.</li></ul></div>
