Leverages strong business acumen to analyze and report out on relevant business unit HR metrics and people trends, utilizing data to support ideas and solutions. Works closely with HR Specialist &amp; HR Functional groups to analyze data for areas of focus for business unit HR and management teams.</li><li>
Provides guidance and input on business unit workforce planning, succession, and talent development needs.</li><li>
Possess confidence, courage, and an ability to challenge the status quo to express a differing point of view and to communicate at multiple levels.</li><li>
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues, providing performance management guidance to leaders.</li><li>
Supports project leaders by periodically conducting site visits and establishing themselves as the key point-of-contact for talent, culture and HR operations issues.</li><li>
Partners with Talent Acquisition, Learning &amp; Development, and Organizational Development team members to create and implement best practices to achieve business results.</li><li>
Work alongside HR Director/Vice President to research, develop, create, and implement HR strategies and practices catering to a unique and growing business unit.</li></ul><div>

Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li><li>
2 to 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to build rapport, develop relationships and establish credibility and trust.</li><li>
Ability to navigate sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.</li><li>
Superior attention to detail, prioritization, and organizational skills, with ability to multi-task.</li><li>
Experience successfully navigating a complex environment utilizing strong communication skills.</li><li>
Must be able to manage and implement region and/or business unit wide programs, processes, and initiatives, ensuring proper communication and effective change management, independently and successfully.</li><li>
Excellent active listening, consultative, negotiation and presentation skills.</li><li>

Construction or related industry experience is helpful, though not required.</li><li>

4. Executive Thought Leadership &amp; Brand Support</div><div>
Create turnkey content engine that elevates C-suite and regional leaders as industry voices through thought leadership strategy, content creation and distribution, and personal brand support.</div><div>
5. Marketing Operations &amp; Team Development</div><div>
Build high-performing marketing organization by assessing current structure, redesigning around value delivery, hiring for gaps, establishing performance metrics, and creating customer service culture.</div><div>

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</div><div>

12-15 years B2B marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in complex organizational environments (multi-division corporations, franchised/licensed business models, professional services firms, or highly decentralized structures)</li><li>

Sr. Vice President, Marketing

<div><p><b>Position Summary:</b></p><ul><li>
Develop and prepare detailed electrical and construction installation documents, details, and installation packages in a timely manner</li><li>
Provide project support during the project construction phase working closely with the project superintendent, field installation team, and project manager(s).</li><li>
Gather and request specific information from approved equipment submittals, other discipline trade partners on projects, and/or engineering and design teams necessary to complete design within scheduled deadlines</li><li>
Ability to analyze a set of drawings looking for ways to make the installation more efficient and effective with best interest in McCarthy and the project owner</li><li>
Prepare and develop conceptual designs and sketches to present to project team and/or design team and owner</li><li>
Perform calculations and studies including but not limited to: power distribution calcs, lighting calcs, sizing cables and raceways, derating, voltage drop, etc.</li><li>
Create/Modify project specific cable schedules and other required tables</li><li>
Prepare design guidelines, reference guides, reference details, abbreviations and symbols, etc working with a team</li><li>

Crew Focused Senior Designer - Electrical

<div><p><b>Position Summary:</b></p><p>
McCarthy is seeking a qualified applicant to fill a full-time Crew Focused Designer position focused on Electrical Design within our Renewable Energy group. A successful Designer will create construction documents and details, using AutoCAD and Revit, to support the project teams. The preferred applicant will have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow in their career. The Designer will report to a Crew Focused Design Manager.<br>

Create site specific, electrical details, drawings and supporting documents using AutoCAD and Revit</li><li>
Produce/modify cable schedule documents using Excel</li><li>
Produce cable and equipment labels</li><li>
Ensure proper dimensions of layout of equipment, devices, and raceways through careful reading of specs or construction and engineering plans</li><li>
Communicate technical aspects of a project with other disciplines in the department</li><li>
Read and interpret construction drawings and documents</li><li>
Support the broader team in evaluation of new technologies to increase design efficiency</li><li>
