Hours: 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday, all year round)
This is a 6 month FTC 
Salary: &pound;22,557.60 ACTUAL per year plus benefits and bonus

Role Overview &ndash; House Manager
As House Manager, you'll be the friendly, professional point of contact for homeowners and their families. Your key focus will be supporting a safe, welcoming and independent lifestyle for our residents.
Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Welcoming new homeowners and helping them settle into their new homes</li><li>
Providing a front-of-house service and engaging warmly with all visitors</li><li>
Being the first point of contact for residents and offering assistance, guidance, or support</li><li>
Managing supplier relationships to ensure smooth day-to-day operations</li><li>
Acting as the face of McCarthy Stone for homeowners&rsquo; families and friends</li><li>
Handling resident concerns with sensitivity, confidentiality, and respect</li><li>
Overseeing estate management, including communal areas, gardens, and grounds</li><li>
Supporting the development of a strong community through organising social events and regular resident meetings</li><li>
Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety requirements</li></ul>
About You &ndash; What We&rsquo;re Looking For
We&rsquo;re looking for someone who:<ul><li>
Has excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude</li><li>
Has previous experience in a customer-facing or service management role</li><li>
Demonstrates professionalism and a commitment to high-quality service</li><li>
Enjoys variety and takes initiative in a busy environment</li><li>
Can solve problems effectively and remain calm under pressure</li><li>
Is comfortable using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other basic digital tools</li><li>
Has an awareness of basic Health and Safety (training will be provided)</li><li>
Holds or is willing to obtain first aid qualifications (training provided)</li></ul>

Workplace safety courses</li><li>
