McCarthy Tire Service is looking for a reliable, safety-minded Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing daily delivery routes safely, efficiently, and professionally&mdash;always representing our commitment to excellent customer service and operational excellence.
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul><li>Complete daily routes as assigned by the route manager or dispatcher.
</li>
<li>Operate company vehicles safely, following all traffic laws and company procedures.
</li>
<li>Comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
</li>
<li>Assist in loading and unloading products as needed.
</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers.
</li>
<li>Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete daily vehicle performance checks.
</li>
<li>Maintain clean and orderly vehicles, reporting any maintenance needs.
</li>
<li>Uphold McCarthy Tire Service policies and safety standards.
</li>
<li>Be comfortable driving both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
</li>
<li>Be home daily&mdash;no overnight routes.
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Additional Duties</h3>
<ul><li>Be flexible and ready to take on additional responsibilities as needed. We value team players who are adaptable and solution-oriented.

</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Qualifications</h3>
<ul><li>High School diploma or GED required.
</li>
<li>At least 1 year of delivery driving experience within the last 3 years.
</li>
<li>Valid Driver's License
</li>
<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
</li>
<li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical.
</li>
<li>Able to lift at least 50 lbs regularly.
</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age.
</li>
<li>Flexible availability is a plus.
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Work Authorization</h3>
<ul><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States.
</li>
