POSITION OVERVIEW/PRIMARY PURPOSE:</b></p><br>

Duties include overall support of operational procurement processes (Contract Manufacturing, Raw Materials or Packaging), including contract maintenance, pricing management and reporting.</p><br>

</p><p><b>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><p><br>
</p><ul><li>supplier OA monitoring &amp; maintaining pricing files in SAP</li>
<li>resolving issues related to ordering process</li>
<li>managing material and vendor master data in various systems</li>
<li>responding to queries (from suppliers, factories, business)</li>
<li>providing general admin support to Buyers &amp; Category Managers</li>
<li>preparing simply reports</li></ul><br>

CANDIDATE PROFILE</b></p><br>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree</li>
<li>Minimum 4 years of work experience</li>
<li>2 or more years&rsquo; experience in operational procurement or production planning area.</li>
<li>Fluent English,</li>
<li>Practical experience in SAP (R3 or S4)</li>
<li>Intermediate to advanced PC Skills in MS Word and Excel required.</li>
<li>Proactive in identifying and supporting customer needs.</li>
<li>Focus on details and quality of service delivered.</li>
<li>Problem solving skills.</li>
<li>Very good communication skills</li>
<li>Team player</li>
<li>Willingness and ability to work night shifts as required</li>

 Reporting to the Finance Director &ndash; Middle East, this role provides financial insights to drive improved decision-making and deliver business results through driving growth and profitability and is the key Finance Business Partner to Commercial, Supply Chain &amp; Operations and Procurement teams across Turkey and Dubai.

  Main Responsibilities

  <li>
   Provide expert financial and analytical support to drive business value and assist decision-making.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead financial reporting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and insight into performance drivers.
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct product and customer profitability analysis and assess new business opportunities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support commercial team in customer engagement and participate in monthly BU reviews.
  </li>
  <li>
   Act as financial advisor to Supply Chain &amp; Operations, ensuring robust month-end close and accurate reporting.
  </li>
  <li>
   Analyze variances, recommend actions, and support strategic investment business cases.
  </li>
  <li>
   Estimate product costs for quoting and maintain strong internal controls (SOX/FCPA compliance).
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide financial support for budgeting, forecasting, spend analytics and cost tracking.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate material cost updates and align with regional/global finance teams on savings and P&amp;L impact.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure compliance with corporate and legal requirements.

  Candidate Profile
  <br/>

 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Significant finance experience in commercial and supply chain within large multinational manufacturing (FMCG preferred).
  </li>
  <li>
   Relevant degree and professional qualification (ACA, CIMA, SMMM or equivalent).
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven experience in management &amp; financial reporting, cost accounting, and internal controls.
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS and SOX compliance.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with NETSIS, SAP (preferred) and modern IT tools (Excel, Salesforce, PowerBI).
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong communication skills across functions, cultures, and geographies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Team player with ability to challenge and improve processes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluent in Turkish and English.
