Job Summary:
</i></b></p><p>The Millwork Inventory Associate will ensure millwork product is properly stocked and labeled accordingly while performing the job duties/responsibilities listed below.</p><p></p><p><b><i>
Supervisory Responsibilities:
</i></b></p><ul><li>None.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><i>
Duties/Responsibilities:
</i></b></p><ul><li>Assists Millwork Inventory Coordinator in conducting accurate cycle and security counts.</li><li>
Assists Millwork Inventory Coordinator in reviewing product tagging and signage for accuracy and completeness.</li><li>
Assists in entering and tracking all product information into the computer to maintain inventory, purchasing, shipping, and other record to ensure accuracy.</li><li>
Stocks all products and incoming inventory into the warehouse, in designated areas.</li><li>
Verifies all incoming material against manifest, packing slip, work orders, or bill of lading.</li><li>
Inspects all millwork products and materials for quality.</li><li>
Operates a forklift and performs daily inspections that include maintaining the service log.</li><li>
Attends team meetings and company training sessions as required.</li><li><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Performs other related duties as assigned.</b></h3></li></ul><p></p><p><b><i>
Required Skills/Abilities</i></b><b><i>:</i></b></p><ul><li><p>
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li>
Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision.</li><li>
Knowledge of weight distribution and loading patterns.</li><li>
The ability to adjust the controls of a machine or vehicle quickly and repeatedly to exact positions.</li><li>
Ability to utilize IBM Content Manager, MAC21, and other 3rd party software applications.</li><li>
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.</li><li>
Must be available and willing to work such overtime per day or week as the employer determines is necessary or desirable to meet business needs.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><i>
Education/Experience</i></b></p><ul><li><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.</b></h3></li><li><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Forklift operator certification.</b></h3></li><li><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Successful completion of on-the-job training.</b></h3></li></ul><p><b><i>
Physical Requirements</i></b></p><ul><li><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Prolonged periods of standing and moving around the facility.</b></h3></li><li><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Must be able to use the three-point hold when getting into trucks and/or forklifts.</b></h3></li><li><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds at times, occasionally lift/move up to 100 pounds, and push and/or pull 50-pound loads at a time.</b></h3></li><li><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
The ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods.</b></h3></li></ul><p></p><div><div><div><div><p>
