Our partners have over 40 years of combined experience practicing law in South Carolina.This Position:We are seeking a Real Estate Closing Paralegal with Extensive Experience to add to our existing team.Job Duties:You will support our attorneys with the following:&middot; Phone calls&middot; Maintaining and organizing client files&middot; Coordinating required documents for real estate closings&middot; Communicating with clients, mortgage companies, lenders, and real estate agentsRequired Skills:&middot; Excellent communication and organization abilities&middot; Ability to multi-task&middot; Work well in a fast-paced environment&middot; Strong work ethic&middot; Able to uphold confidentiality at all times&middot; Great customer service skills, both in person and over the phone&middot; Professional demeanorBenefits:We offer paid health, dental, vision, long term disability, short term disability and life insurance for the employee. We offer 13 paid holidays. We also offer 15 paid vacation days per year which accrue monthly and escalates based on years of service. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:30 am- 5:00 pm and Friday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.
