McGrew Construction Services is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Administrative Assistant to keep our operations running smoothly. This role is the backbone of our business, supporting crews, managing financial tracking, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.If you&rsquo;re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and isn&rsquo;t afraid to jump in and get things done, we want to hear from you.Compensation &amp; Perks:<ul><li>Starting at $18/hour (DOE)</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li>401(k) + Company Match</li><li>Healthcare Options</li><li>Room for Growth within the company</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain and track quotes &amp; invoices</li><li>Manage the Master Data Sheet (employees, payroll, vehicles, projects, etc.)</li><li>Keep office systems organized (filing, email, job tracking, whiteboards)</li><li>Ensure office supplies are stocked and operations run smoothly</li><li>Print, organize, and file receipts for tax/accounting purpose</li><li>AP / AR</li><li>Weekly payroll processing</li><li>Communicate with field teams, vendors, and leadership daily</li><li>Run local errands (pickups, supplies, etc.) as needed</li><li>Support crews to keep jobs moving without delays</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with clean driving record</li><li>Ability to pass a drug screen</li><li>Ability to lift 25lbs+</li><li>Experience with Excel</li><li>Experience with QuickBooks</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving ability</li></ul>Why This Role Matters:This isn&rsquo;t just an office job &mdash; this is a &ldquo;make the business run&rdquo; role.
