Pay
Salaried grade 4, 7, 9 or 11 
$59,600 - $114,400 / year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Actual salaries may vary and in some cases may be higher with extensive experience and strong performance.

Job Summary
McKee Foods is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our corporate HR Information Systems team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll support the ongoing maintenance of the Workday platform, identify and implement system enhancements, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our HR data. You will analyze and report on data across the Workday ecosystem and serve as a primary subject matter expert for Workday HCM and related modules. Additionally, you will help align our HR technology initiatives with overall business needs, contributing to efficient and effective HR operations.<ul><li>
Serve as the system administrator for multiple Workday modules, including setup, configuration, testing, training, and user support</li><li>
Manage assigned functional areas such as recruiting, onboarding, staffing, compensation, performance, succession, benefits, payroll, absence, time tracking, scheduling, or compliance</li><li>
Maintain assigned modules during system updates or upgrades and communicate changes to end users when needed</li><li>
Partner with HR teams and leadership to understand business needs, document requirements, and recommend thoughtful technology solutions</li><li>
Build and test prototype solutions in sandbox environments and migrate approved changes to production</li><li>
Create and deliver job aids and training to business partners, managers, and Workday users</li><li>
Design and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support accurate data and informed decision-making</li><li>
Configure and manage business processes and security roles in alignment with policies and governance</li><li>
Stay current on Workday updates through active engagement in Workday Community and user events</li><li>
Handle sensitive HR data with professionalism and confidentiality</li><li>
May lead cross-functional HR technology projects as needed</li></ul>
Required Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience (2 years of experience may substituted for 1 year of education)</li><li>
Experience administering and/or supporting software solutions in a business environment</li><li>
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally to audiences with diverse technical background</li><li>
Proficient Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel</li><li>
Strong attention to details</li><li>
Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and address competing priorities</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a closely related field</li><li>
One or more years&rsquo; experience in Workday HCM</li><li>
Experience with Workday business process framework, security configuration, and administration</li><li>
Experience with Workday reporting and analytics</li><li>
Workday Pro Certifications</li><li>
Project management certification (e.g. Project+, CAPM, PMP, etc.)</li><li>
HR certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR, etc.)</li><li>
Familiarity with Lean principles (value stream mapping, etc.)</li></ul>
