As a Senior Sales Enablement Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing sales enablement and talent development initiatives that drive business success. Your work will empower our sales teams with the skills, knowledge, and tools they need to thrive.

How You&rsquo;ll Spend Your Day
Strategic Planning<ul><li>
Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to understand organizational objectives, workforce needs, goals, and talent gaps.</li><li>
Collaborate with product and SFDC teams to proactively find and implement improvements in the sales process.</li><li>
Create a unified strategy for sales team development and enablement that aligns with the organization's long-term objectives. This strategy should enhance employee engagement, boost retention, and improve performance, while ensuring consistency with the overarching business goals set by senior leadership</li></ul>
Needs Assessment and Analysis<ul><li>
Conduct thorough needs assessments and skills gap analyses to identify areas for talent development.</li><li>
Use data and feedback to identify areas where sales teams need skill development.</li></ul>
Program Design and Implementation<ul><li>
Design, develop, and implement tailored training programs, workshops, and learning experiences to address skill gaps and provide sales coaching as needed.</li><li>
Partner with Instructional Design Product and SFDC teams to leverage a variety of instructional design methodologies, technologies, and learning modalities to create engaging and impactful learning experiences for sales professionals at all levels.</li><li>
Train sales team on effective use of SFDC and related sales tools to maximize productivity.</li><li>
Develop and deliver training on critical selling skills, including how to negotiate and manage objections.</li></ul>
Performance Management and Evaluation<ul><li>
Define clear KPIs to measure the impact of enablement and talent development initiatives.</li><li>
Track program outcomes, gather participant feedback, and make data-driven improvements to ensure program efficacy and relevance.</li></ul>
Continuous Improvement<ul><li>
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in enablement and talent development.</li><li>
Continuously assess and refine processes, methodologies, and content to ensure alignment with evolving business needs and sales leader expectations.</li><li>
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales process and propose solutions to streamline operations.</li><li>
Lead initiatives to automate repetitive tasks and improve sales workflows to drive efficiency.</li></ul>
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams<ul><li>
Partner with sales, marketing, SFDC and product teams to align messaging and objectives.</li><li>
Gather feedback from sales teams to continuously improve sales materials and training programs.</li><li>

Minimum Requirement
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; advanced degree preferred

7+ years of related experience, including a combination of sales AND experience in sales enablement, talent development, program management, sales management, etc.</li><li>
2+ years of experience working with Salesforce and teaching sales teams how to use it to optimize the sales process.</li><li>

McKesson Medical-Surgical is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager to join our McKesson Brands team in Richmond, VA. The Senior Sourcing Manager, McKesson Brands is a strategic sourcing individual contributor responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing domestic and global suppliers that deliver best-in-class products and pricing. This role manages several complex, SKU-intensive product categories and partners closely with Product Development, Cost Management, Supply-Chain, Category Management, and Quality Assurance to drive competitive advantage, supplier excellence, and geographic diversification.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing &amp; Supplier Management<ul><li>
Develop and execute a global sourcing strategy for responsible categories, aligning key initiatives with business priorities to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence</li><li>
Identify and evaluate top-tier domestic and international suppliers, including contract manufacturers, to support McKesson Brands&rsquo; product portfolio.</li><li>
Act as a liaison between suppliers and McKesson, ensuring clear communication and alignment on expectations.</li><li>
Evaluate, select, and manage vendors to ensure consistent, high-quality, and competitively priced product supply.</li><li>

The Manager, Field Reimbursement Services is responsible for leading a team of field-based reimbursement managers and day to day operations of a field reimbursement program sourced to McKesson by a pharmaceutical manufacturer client. The primary objective for the Manager, Field Reimbursement role is to hire, develop, coach, evaluate, culture-build and lead the reimbursement team, allowing them to successfully engage specialty physician offices and support the manufacturer customer. Additional responsibilities include the overall management of program operations including, but not limited to, staffing, profitability, standard operating procedures, process design, process implementation and process improvements. The position will monitor client SLA agreements to ensure compliance, making staffing and process changes if SLA is not being met. The supervisory guidance includes a nation-wide team of remote-based direct reports requiring monitoring activity, performance development and extensive travel for in-person training and ride-a-longs. Finally, this role will regularly interact with members throughout the Client&rsquo;s organization, primarily with the Client&rsquo;s head of Reimbursement Operations, while also acting as a liaison within McKesson representing the field-based reimbursement team to Client Services, Information Systems, Business Analyst&rsquo;s, Quality Assurance and Training to achieve synergy of processes, training, efficiency and ultimately, customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Leadership of a team of field-based reimbursement specialists who are responsible for providing in-office reimbursement and patient support services in an assigned territory. Responsible for all administrative, training and performance management duties associated with team leadership. This includes weekly 1:1 meeting with FRMs, weekly FRM team meetings, and conducting monthly check &ndash; ins, quarterly performance surveys, and monthly QA audits of FRM activity.</li><li>
The field-based reimbursement team is an extension of the McKesson-operated reimbursement and patient-support services operated on behalf of the Client. The role is responsible for the effective communication and partnership between the field team and their home office counterparts. This includes establishing weekly meetings with client and operations team to ensure consistency in expectations and two - way communication. Disseminating client direction across remote team, leadership of regular team teleconferences and quarterly ride-a-longs with individual team members for on-going training and development.</li><li>
Responsible for providing Field Operations efficiencies and overall innovative ideas to enhance Field Reimbursement Program as a whole. Not only provide ideas but also execute on Field Operation projects. Manager is responsible for completing and execution of projects assigned.</li><li>
Ensuring that all SLA and other contractual commitments are met. Responsible for team&rsquo;s adherence to all applicable privacy and compliance obligations. SLAs and adherence are established in the Rules of Engagement document and vary by client. Activity is measured in FRM SFDC to ensure adherence and SLA expectations are met.</li><li>
Works in tandem with Client&rsquo;s Head of Reimbursement Operations ensuring the execution of Client&rsquo;s strategic initiatives. Managerial oversight of day-to-day team activities and reporting of results to McKesson Client Services and key Client Contacts. Manager will partner with the Sr. Manager to establish and produce the reports that the Client will receive each month and quarter.</li><li>
Manages client expectations regarding delivery of services and provides customer with proactive consultative services on process improvement, revenue generating &amp; cost saving opportunities. These can be evaluated based on FRM SFDC reporting, operations reporting, and client satisfaction each quarter. Assists in preparation of and participates in Quarterly Business Reviews to the client on the state of their business and outlines opportunities for enhancement, growth, efficiency, etc.</li><li>
Manager is responsible for FRM Development. Manager partner with FRM to establish a minimum of two development opportunities to assist in career path. In addition, the manager will provide ongoing training and educational opportunities that compliment Field Reimbursement role. This can include but not limited to payer education, conferences, mentorships, billing and coding and My Learning courses selected by Manager.</li></ul>
Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities)<ul><li>
6+ years of reimbursement experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience</li><li>
4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience</li></ul>
