Your passion for interior design, renovation, and remodeling&mdash;combined with your ability to build trust and close sales&mdash;will help clients realize their dream bathrooms and kitchens while ensuring projects stay within scope and budget. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend artistry, technical skill, and customer-focused sales in a fast-paced environment.&lt;Duties&gt;<ul><li>Meet with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and project scope for bathroom and kitchen renovations or new designs</li><li>Create detailed design plans using ProKitchen software to visualize concepts clearly</li><li>Guide clients through product selections, present design solutions, and confidently close sales</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure designs are feasible within budget and timeline constraints</li><li>Assist clients in selecting cabinetry and materials that fit both their vision and budget</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously from initial consultation through installation completion while maintaining excellent communication</li><li>Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design, renovation techniques, and construction practices to provide innovative solutions</li></ul>&lt;Qualifications&gt;<ul><li>Experience in interior design or kitchen/bathroom remodeling with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects</li><li>Proven ability or strong interest in sales, customer engagement, and closing deals</li><li>Proficiency in ProKitchen is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with construction processes including remodeling procedures and renovation standards</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client consultations and relationship building</li><li>Ability to interpret technical drawings and apply color theory to create harmonious designs</li></ul>Join us as a Bath and Kitchen Designer to turn visions into reality!
