Job Description 
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations at Mazeed. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring a supportive, compliant and employee-friendly journey. Demonstrated experience in onboarding, personnel administration, benefits management and handling employee relations is a key requirement for success and growth in this role. Duties and Responsibilities:
Onboarding &amp; Offboarding<ul><li>
Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing employment contracts, new hire documentation and checklists</li><li>
Participate in induction sessions and ensure smooth integration of new employees in terms of knowledge of HR systems in place, providing credentials (HRIS) and their orientation</li><li>
Support the offboarding process, ensuring final clearance procedures are completed and providing support where needed</li></ul>
Personnel Administration<ul><li>
Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records (digital and physical)</li><li>

Qualifications
