Job Description 
The Performance &amp; Growth Marketing Manager will lead mazeed&rsquo;s marketing growth engine across the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition to activation, retention, and revenue expansion. This role combines strategic performance marketing with growth initiatives focused on user adoption, engagement, and lifetime value (LTV). 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Strategy &amp; Leadership</li><li>
Develop and execute a holistic growth and performance marketing strategy covering acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement.</li><li>
Own key growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, retention rate, activation rate, and active users.</li><li>
Work closely with the Content, Design, and Product teams to ensure alignment between marketing activities and business priorities.</li><li>
Lead, mentor, and develop the performance and growth marketing team.</li><li>
Acquisition &amp; Funnel Optimization</li><li>
Plan and manage digital campaigns across all paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to drive high-quality leads and sign-ups.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to ensure smooth handover and conversion tracking across the funnel.</li><li>
Continuously test and optimize creatives, targeting, landing pages, and conversion flows to maximize ROI.</li><li>
Growth &amp; Retention</li><li>
Build and manage user activation and engagement campaigns through email, in-app messages, and marketing automation.</li><li>
Partner with Customer Success and Product to identify user drop-off points and launch retention experiments.</li><li>
Launch cross-sell, upsell, and referral initiatives to increase user lifetime value (LTV).</li><li>
Data, Analytics &amp; Experimentation</li><li>
Own marketing dashboards and performance reports; monitor and analyze KPIs weekly and monthly.</li><li>
Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and drive continuous improvement.</li><li>
Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to uncover insights and inform growth strategies.</li><li>
Cross-Functional Collaboration</li><li>
Collaborate with the Design and Content teams on messaging, storytelling, and creative optimization.</li><li>
Work with Partnerships and Communications to support co-marketing initiatives that boost reach and engagement.</li><li>
Align with Finance and Management on budgeting, forecasting, and ROI reporting.</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
To be a successful candidate for this role and a start Performance Marketing &amp; Growth Manager, we will look for: 
<ul><li>5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably within SaaS, fintech, or B2B tech in GCC.</li><li>
Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, X, and Snapchat, and other digital platforms.</li><li>
Strong command of HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite is a must</li><li>
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and engagement tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, or similar.</li><li>
Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization.</li><li>
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and A/B testing skills.</li><li>
Excellent communication and collaboration skills &mdash; comfortable working with cross-functional teams (Content, Design, Product, Sales).</li><li>
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance and growth marketing.</li></ul>

Job Description 
Job Purpose
This role is responsible for co‑designing and managing the full employee development journey, from probation and onboarding through competency building, performance reviews, and learning initiatives. This role builds an ecosystem enabling employees to progress on measurable competencies and facilitates this objective with functional managers. This includes owning end‑to‑end development processes, operationalising consistent and unitified data‑backed performance management cycles, and building a cost‑effective learning system. 
Key Responsibilities
1) Probation &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Design probation process (60/90-day checkpoints, structured 30-60-90 plans, evaluation forms) and integrate probation outcomes</li><li>Facilitate manager (departmental) onboarding toolkits</li></ul> 
2) Competency &amp; Behavioral Frameworks<ul><li>Build and maintain competency matrices and KPIs all roles, validated and periodically reviewed with functional managers for consistency, referencing and ensuring objectives remain SMART as the business evolves</li><li>Ensure the company values are embedded, reflected and practiced in</li><li>Contribute on JD designs linking role expectations with OKRs</li><li>Define levels for fair promotion criteria and behavioral indicators</li></ul> 
3) Performance Cycles &amp; Feedback<ul><li>Run quarterly OKR alignment and mid-cycle reviews; maintain fair, practical calibration and optimum bell curves</li><li>Standardize 1:1 agendas, feedback models (SBI/STAR/COACH), and development planning</li><li>Administer performance reviews (forms, guidance, timelines and grievances).</li><li>Track promotion readiness and succession pipeline.</li></ul> 
4) Learning &amp; Development[SE1]<ul><li>Oversee the collection and analysis of Training Needs Assessments (TNAs), linking them with performance review cycles; evaluate ROI/outcomes of learning initiatives and coordinate with external providers in line with budget</li></ul>
5) Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Build dashboards for probation outcomes, competency gaps, OKR progress, review outcomes, internal mobility. This task is not a periodical task, but rather part of a continuous development loop</li><li>Measure learning activity and impact (engagement, application, performance uplift)</li><li>Rely on data, surveys and dashboards for reporting insights</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelors in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related</li><li>5-7 years of experience in Performance Management, Employee Onboarding, L&amp;D</li><li>SaaS/FinTech sector experience is a plus</li><li>Hands-on with competency frameworks, OKRs, calibration, IDPs</li><li>Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Working knowledge with one of more HRIS / analytics tools (Excel/Power BI), and collaboration platforms</li><li>Evidence of building inhouse/organisational learning frameworks and ecosystems</li></ul>
