The responsibility of a Professional Cleaner is to maintain a worksite in optimum conditions through tasks such as disinfecting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming, among other duties while reporting issues to the supervisor.
The ideal candidate would be a self-motivated, self-starter who can plan, prioritize, and take the initiative on the job. We are looking for individuals with a high degree of responsibility who are ready to start working. 
Schedule:Monday thru Friday: 6:00a - 2:30pTuesday thru Saturday: 1:00p - 9:00p

Job Skills / Requirements
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Clean buildings by emptying trash, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces as assigned.</li><li>
Monitor building&rsquo;s security and safety by locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.</li><li>
Properly use cleaning solutions and chemicals to remove stains and clean surfaces.</li><li>
Use approved cleaning solutions with proper PPE as required and must follow SDS.</li><li>
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using proper cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.</li><li>
Dust furniture and scrub surface clean.</li><li>
Clean and service restrooms with mops and proper disinfectants.</li><li>
Arrive on time for the shift as scheduled and complete all work in the allotted time.</li><li>
Identify and report needed repairs on equipment to ensure they are well-maintained.</li><li>
Cross-train on other duties or areas as assigned by Supervisor.</li></ul> 
DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:<ul><li>
Limpiar los edificios incluye: vaciar basura, aspirar los pisos, barrer, trapear y limpiar las superficies asignadas</li><li>
Supervisar la seguridad del edificio cerrando puertas despu&eacute;s de las horas de operaci&oacute;n y verificar el uso de electrodom&eacute;sticos para garantizar que no se creen riesgos.</li><li>
Usar adecuadamente soluciones de limpieza para eliminar manchas y limpiar superficies.</li><li>
Usar productos qu&iacute;micos de limpieza aprobados, y usando el adecuado EPP (Equipo de Protecci&oacute;n Personal) al igual deben cumplir con las SDS (las hojas de datos de seguridad que proporcionan informaci&oacute;n valiosa para el programa de salud y la seguridad de los empleados)</li><li>
Limpiar ventanas, particiones de vidrio y espejos, usando limpiadores, esponjas y jabones adecuados.</li><li>
Desempolvar muebles y tallar areas hasta que queden limpias.</li><li>
Limpiar y dar servicio a los ba&ntilde;os la veces necesarias usando trapeadores y desinfectantes adecuados.</li><li>
Llegar a tiempo para el turno programado y completar todo el trabajo en el tiempo asignado.</li><li>
Identificar e informar las reparaciones necesarias en los equipos para garantizar que est&eacute;n bien mantenidos.</li><li>
Entrenar en otras tareas o &aacute;reas asignadas por el Supervisor.</li></ul></div>
