<div>We are a residential real estate law firm and are seeking an experienced Real Estate Closer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience (Must have 2+Years of experience) working for a real estate law firm or title company.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Manage a high volume of residential closing files for closing.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with lenders, realtors, mortgage clients, buyers, and sellers.</li>
<li>Prepare and review closing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to achieve seamless closing processes.</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Closer in a law firm or title company.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.</li>
<li>Superior customer service orientation.</li>
<li>Experience with SoftPro Select or similar closing software is preferred.</li>
<li>Knowledge of real estate law, underwriting guidelines, and Title Standards.</li>
