MCM-Fieldcore is a local based company in Abu Dhabi providing protection and monitoring systems for energy production and industrial Rotating machines.To strengthen our International Service Team, we are looking for a Service technician with panel building experience to provide technical and application service &amp; support to our customers &ndash; in the United Arab Emirates and GCC Region.Your tasks<ul><li>Provide on-site installation and technical product support to our GCC customers</li><li>Use your technical and product expertise to support customers from remote or onsite</li><li>Commission and maintain our vibration monitoring installation</li><li>Loop Check</li><li>Support by FAT and SAT</li></ul>to our product utilization<ul><li>Resolve customer issues related to hardware, software and firmware</li><li>Ensure high customer satisfaction</li><li>Participate actively in personal and company continuous improvement and growth</li><li>Provide product and solution feedback to the entire organization</li><li>Report all activities to our Head office</li></ul>Your profile<ul><li>Diploma in electrical, Mechatronic or Electronic</li></ul>related field experience<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in the instrumentation or panel building</li><li>Strong instrumentation, IT and network knowledge</li><li>Good knowledge in vibration monitoring of rotating machinery highly appreciated</li><li>Experience within the oil &amp; gas industries is an advantage</li><li>Strongly customer-focused</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills supported by analytical, problem-solving and negotiation</li></ul>skills<ul><li>Ability to work across a wide range of cultural environments</li><li>Fluent in written and spoken english</li><li>Ability to work independently, as part of a team and to demonstrate initiative</li><li>Driving license will be an advantage</li></ul>You will receive a thorough introduction to the position and will be offered a competitive package.
