Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Perform analysis within trouble ticket to determine root cause.</li>
<li>Follow layout mix prevention rules and customer specific rules, building layouts accordingly.</li>
<li>Working directly with CSR’s when necessary to fulfill the customer requirements.</li>
<li>Utilize stock that is greater than 90 days on layouts, list is provided by warehouse.</li>
<li>Understanding press requirements, level loading each press.</li>
</ul>
Create job jackets and proofread for accuracy.
 <ul>
<li>Printing layouts and docket fronts as they are created for prepress production.</li>
<li>Manage daily work requirements, ensuring job dockets are done in time to meet production delivery date.</li>
</ul>
Manage sheeting schedule, ensuring enough stock is available to keep press running.
 Order trucks of paper from the warehouse on a daily basis.
 <ul>
<li>Regular email management.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information one-on-one.</li>
<li>Must be able to read and understand the job specifications.</li>
<li>Must have computer skills, and the ability to learn new programs.</li>
<li>Must take responsibility and ownership for one’s own performance and accept challenging goals.</li>
<li>The minimal math ability is addition, subtraction, multiplication and division using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percentages.</li>
<li>Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but straightforward written and oral instructions.</li>
<li>Must be organized, attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment, independently.</li>
<li>Must be able to deal with problems involving a few variables. Must understand when to involve supervision in the problem solving process.</li>
<li>Wear required PPE in the production areas and follow all safety protocols.</li>
